Fair Returns operates a Fair Returns policy.

If you don’t like what you’ve bought simply return the item(s) to us in the original packaging and ensure it is unworn and/or unused.
Returns can be sent via our Freepost address which is as follows:


Please include a note letting the returns department know why you are returning the item and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.

Your security is important to us; utilises data encryption for your security.
We use SagePay to process payments and are fully PCI compliant.
Card details are not stored by Millivres Prowler Group.  
We accept the following forms of payment for your order:
Credit or debit card: Visa / Visa Debit / Visa Delta / Visa Connect / Mastercard
Cheque / postal order: Please make any cheques or postal orders payable to Millivres Prowler Ltd.



The currency converter on our website is purely for comparison.
Depending on the current conversion rates, you may be charged a slightly different amount than what’s calculated on our website.  


Discreet Packaging ships items in discreet, unbranded packaging.


Delivery Rates

UK - 1 item £3.90 / 2 or more items £5.00
International - 1 Item £7.00 / 2 or more items £9.00
Please note that all postage and packaging charges are made in GBP sterling (£).    

Delivery Information ships items via Royal Mail, using their Standard Delivery service which usually takes 3-5 working days.
Orders over the value of £50.00 will be sent via Recorded Delivery for insurance purposes.
Please note that recorded delivery items will require a signature upon receipt.

We ship items worldwide; so wherever you are you can get what you want.  

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Prowler & Expectations gift cards can be used as full or part payment for goods purchased from Prowler or Expectations. The value of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card. Any remaining balance will be printed on your till receipt and can be used against future purchases. The card cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund can be given. Millivres Prowler Group accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged cards and the card cannot be replaced nor its value refunded under these circumstances.
