Returns Policy We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products from a vast range of items. However, if, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you may return it to us. Our returns policy is valid for 21 days from the date that the item is shipped to you. If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted: * Please contact us to obtain a return authorisation. * Please include the reason for the item’s return to ensure that your query is dealt with efficiently by our returns department. * Once received, we will contact you to let you know what the next step will be. Items in our clearance section are non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on sex toys or underwear that have been opened. Please note that if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you will be provided with a freepost address to send the item(s) back. Your statutory rights are not affected.
