* Can I place an order if I am outside the UK?

Yes you can, just place your order as usual and make sure you change the country field to your overseas destination. Postage will be: 1 item £7.00 2 or more £9.00 Deliveries outside the U.K can take between 10 and 14 days to reach you depending on which country they are going to.

* How do I return goods?

Returns Policy We strive to offer our customers the highest quality products from a vast range of items. However, if, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted, you may return it to us. Our returns policy is valid for 21 days from the date that the item is shipped to you. If you receive a product that is faulty, incorrect or unwanted: * Please contact us to obtain a return authorisation. * Please include the reason for the item’s return to ensure that your query is dealt with efficiently by our returns department. * Once received, we will contact you to let you know what the next step will be. Items in our clearance section are non-refundable. We are unable to accept returns for unwanted goods if they have been used. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns on sex toys or underwear that have been opened. Please note that if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you will be provided with a freepost address to send the item(s) back. Your statutory rights are not affected.

* How long will my order take to arrive?

All in stock items will be despatched within 36hrs using Royal Mail and will usually arrive between 3-5 working days after the order is despatched. Outstanding items will be sent as they come back in to stock. Orders over £50 are sent by first class recorded delivery which can take up to 48hrs to arrive. International orders are dispatched using Royal Mail and local postal services and can take between 10-14 days to arrive. *Please note that all orders will be placed according to the carrier’s standard procedures. If your package does not fit through your letterbox it may be taken back to the postal depot for collection.
